The Biolan Kitchen Table Composter is easy to use:

Step 1: Add the organic waste to the Bokashi container. Cutting them into smaller pieces will help speed up the process.

Step 2: sprinkle a small amount (about one to two tablespoons) of Biolan Bokashi EM bran.

Step 3: Press the organic waste with the pressing plate to remove the air sacs. Close the lid. Repeat the operation every day, unless the container is full.

Step 4: Drain bokashi liquid every few days. Use it to fertilize the plants of the house and the garden. When the Bokashi container is full, let it ferment for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, add the fermented material directly to the compost bin of your garden or to the post-treatment container.
